Domestic Postage
Orders placed through the Hahana Stone Massage Online Store are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (excludes Massage Tables - see below). For smaller orders (under 6kg) you have the option of Express Post or Registered Post.
The costs of Express Post are: under 500g = $8.80; under 3kg = $12.10; under 6kg = $19.80, with overnight delivery to most areas if your order is received by 11am AEST (excludes weekends and public holidays). Registered Post is usually slightly cheaper.
Larger orders (over 6kg) are either sent via Insured Registered Parcel Post (Australia Post) or Fastway Couriers (also Insured). The actual carrier used will depend on the final size/weight of your order. Both Australia Post and Fastway Couriers require a signature upon delivery.
Orders placed before 11am will be sent out the same day.
Postage is calculated automatically at the Shopping Cart/Checkout.
Massage Tables
To ensure that accurate freight is charged on massage tables, delivery costs are calculated by a real person after you place your order (click here for approximate costs). A representitive will be in contact shortly after you place your order to inform you of the exact delivery costs.
If you are ordering a massage table plus other items, postage (Australia Post/Fastways) will be charged at the checkout for the other items in your Shopping Cart, but not for the massage table. All massage tables are delivered via local courier, and delivery charges must be paid prior to dispatching your order.
International Shipping
International orders are always welcome (prices exclude GST). Please email your order to us: stones@hahana.com.au, along with your full delivery address, so we can provide you with an accurate shipping estimate. International shipping (air or sea) is via Australia Post, TNT, or DHL, depending on the items ordered and the final destination.
Returns
Due to health regulations, we are unable to process returns if you simply change your mind. Only faulty/damaged goods may be returned. If however, your stones/heater/accessories are still in their original sealed packaging, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date (excludes postage and handling plus a 20% re-stocking fee).
Due to the possibility of copyright infringement, we do not accept any returns (unless the goods are faulty/damaged) of DVDs, CDs, training manuals, or books, so please choose carefully.
All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted.
