All natural stones sold by Hahana Stone Massage are covered by a lifetime guarantee against chipping and breakage (for the original purchaser only - stones that have been re-sold are not covered). If a natural Hahana Stone should chip or break during normal use (this includes accidentally dropping a stone), then we will gladly replace it.
The Hahana Stone Heater is covered by a 12 month warranty (parts and labour). It is the customer's responsibility/cost to take/send faulty heaters to one of our service agents.
All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted.
