Certain items (such as individual basalt/marble stones) will be unavailable during this time.

Please allow 1-2 business days (after full payment is received) for processing/packing of your order.

Postage Estimator


A postage estimator is available on each product page. Simply enter your country, state and postcode and you will receive an accurate postage/shipping quote. Alternately, you can add several items to your cart and estimate the total postage amount on the "Shopping Cart" page.

 

Domestic Postage (Australia)

Orders placed through the Hahana Stone Massage Online Store are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (excludes Massage Tables - see below). For smaller orders (under 5kg) you have the option of Express Post or Registered Post.

The costs for Express Post (overnight delivery to most areas - excludes weekends and public holidays) are:

500g = $10.95
1kg = $12.95
3kg = $14.95
5kg = $23.95


Regular/Registered satchels are usually slightly cheaper.


Larger orders (over 5kg) are either sent via Insured Registered Parcel Post (Australia Post) or Fastway Couriers (also Insured). The actual carrier used will depend on the final size/weight of your order. Both Australia Post and Fastway Couriers require a signature upon delivery. Postage is calculated automatically at the Shopping Cart/Checkout.

We send orders within 1 to 2 days of receiving full payment.


Massage Tables

All massage tables are made "on-demand" so there is usually a 2-3 week lead time.

To ensure that accurate freight is charged on massage tables, delivery costs are calculated by a real person after you place your order. A representative will be in contact shortly after you place your order to inform you of the exact delivery costs. If you are ordering a massage table plus other items, postage (Australia Post/Fastways) will be charged at the checkout for the other items in your Shopping Cart, but not for the massage table. All massage tables are delivered via local courier, and delivery charges must be paid prior to dispatching your order.


You may elect to choose your own freight company to collect from the factory in Yeerongpilly, QLD or you may select one of the following delivery services:

STANDARD 1 MAN DELIVERY SERVICE


The most economical option is for a 1 man delivery service to your door. The driver will require your assistance to unload the table at your end. We recommend that you arrange a minimum of two persons to assist as the packed table will weigh over 80kg. Packaging materials are not removed as part of this delivery service. We will request that the transport company ring you before delivery. If the delivery driver offers to help place the table in the desired location and helps you unpack it, neither Hahana Stone Massage nor the freight company are liable for any damages that occur to the table, you or your helper, or your property.


PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE


This 2 man delivery service includes the delivery, unpacking and positioning of your table in your treatment room and the removal of all packaging materials. A suitable and convenient delivery time for both parties will be arranged prior to delivery. Customers should declare any delivery impediments as prices do not allow for: circular stairs, narrow entrances, low ceilings or areas where delivery of goods becomes difficult.


DELIVERY TIMES


Because most deliveries are conducted by external contractors it is not possible for us to provide a precise time of day for when the delivery will be made.


UNPACKING


Your massage table may arrive upside down on a pallet to protect the vinyl top. It may be wrapped in bubble-wrap and surrounded by thick cardboard sleeves. Your table will require no assembly on arrival but we do advise that you very carefully read the Service Manual that will arrive with your table before using the product. If for any reason these instructions are not included with the product please call our office on 0424 014 134 to request a copy.


SIGNING THE CONSIGNMENT NOTE


The following conditions generally apply to most freight forwarders. After the table is unloaded please check the table thoroughly for any damage before you sign the consignment note. The delivery person cannot leave until the consignment note is signed. Received in good order and condition Signing the consignment note confirms to the freight company that your table was delivered in ‘GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION.’ No damage claims are valid after signing. Goods damaged in transit If your table has been damaged in transit you must sign the consignment note ‘DAMAGED’ and show the fault to the delivery person. No time to check for transit damage If the delivery person cannot wait or if you do not have time to check the table, sign the consignment note ‘SUBJECT TO CHECK’. If you sign the note ‘SUBJECT TO CHECK’ you are covering yourself if you do find damage later on. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Please phone Hahana Stone Massage on 0424 014 134, with your consignment note number and we will advise you what to do if your table is obviously damaged prior to delivery to your premises.


International Shipping

We now accept international orders through our online store, with shipping automatically calculated to many destinations. Please contact us if your country isn't listed, or if you have any questions. International shipping is via Air Mail. Please be aware that payment of any local/import taxes/duty is the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns

If your order hasn't been dispatched, a 5% charge will be deducted from you payment/refund to cover bank fees and time taken to process the order/refund.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to process returns on most items if you simply change your mind (and have used the item). Only faulty/damaged goods may be returned once used. If your order has been sent, and your stones/heater/accessories are still in their original sealed packaging, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date (excludes postage and handling plus a 20% re-stocking fee).

Due to the possibility of copyright infringement, we do not accept any returns (unless the goods are faulty/damaged) of DVDs, CDs, training manuals, or books, so please choose carefully. Any faulty items will be replaced.

As our massage tables are made on demand, any tables that have been paid for and are already being manufacturerd will not be refunded. If manufacture hasn't started yet, the standard 5% charge will be incurred.

All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return postage to Hahana Stone Massage for repair/replacement. See our Warranty page for more information.

 

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee

All basalt and marble massage stones come with a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee. This applies to stones only (including the stones portion of kits) and excludes all other products (heaters, accessories, training materials, massage tables, other portions of kits, etc). If you are unhappy with your stones, simply contact us so we can help you. We will try to resolve any problems you are having, but will refund the purchase price (less postage) if we can't fix the problem. Return of the stones to Hahana Stone Massage will be at the cost of the customer. We need to receive all stones prior to issuing a refund.

 

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains any items that are currently out of stock (shown on the product information page and also in your cart/checkout) we will do our best to send the in stock items immediately, and then send the remaining items as soon as they become available. For some orders, we need to wait until all items are back in stock before we can send the order. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about out of stock items.
