Our office will be closed untill Monday 5th June,
but we are still sending orders while we are closed.


During this time there may be some delays dispatching orders (2-3 days).
Certain items (such as individual basalt/marble stones) will be unavailable during this time.
We will only be contactable via email and there may be a delay with our response.

Detailed Info:

Our carved basalt stones are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of purchase, and are covered by a 12 month warranty against chipping and breakage. Carved basalt stones are very durable and it is very unlikely that you will have any stones break.

Please contact us if you require any replacement stones.

The Hahana Stone Heater and Spa Pro Stone Heaters are covered by a 12 month warranty (parts and labour - Australian customers/sales only). It is the customer's responsibility/cost to take/send (both ways) faulty heaters to one of our service agents (usually back to Hahana Stone Massage head office).

**PLEASE NOTE**: As we are no longer stocking the Spa Pro brand of stone heater, we will be giving a prorated refund if your Spa Pro stone heater stops working (eg. if you paid $250 for your heater and after 6 months it stops working, we will refund $125 or give you the same value in store credit towards a new, Hahana Stone Heater).

All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to process returns if you simply change your mind (and have already opened/used the item). Only faulty/damaged goods may be returned once used. If however, your stones/heater/accessories are still in their original sealed packaging, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date (excludes postage and handling plus a 20% re-stocking fee). Due to possible copyright infringements, books, DVDs, CDs, etc cannot be returned unless faulty.
