Detailed Info:

All natural stones sold by Hahana Stone Massage are covered by a lifetime guarantee against chipping and breakage (for the original purchaser only - stones that have been re-sold are not covered). If a natural Hahana Stone should chip or break during normal use (this includes accidentally dropping a stone), then we will gladly replace it (for international orders, the customer is responsible for postage).

Our carved basalt stones are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of purchase, and are covered by a 12 month warranty against chipping and breakage. Carved basalt stones are very durable and it is very unlikely that you will have any stones break. Please contact us for a price if you require a replacement carved stone after the warranty period.

The Hahana Stone Heater and Spa Pro Stone Heaters are covered by a 12 month warranty (parts and labour - Australian sales only). It is the customer's responsibility/cost to take/send (both ways) faulty heaters to one of our service agents (usually back to Hahana Stone Massage head office).

All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to process returns if you simply change your mind (and have already opened/used the item). Only faulty/damaged goods may be returned once used. If however, your stones/heater/accessories are still in their original sealed packaging, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date (excludes postage and handling plus a 20% re-stocking fee). Due to possible copyright infringements, books, DVDs, CDs, etc cannot be returned unless faulty.
