All natural stones sold by Hahana Stone Massage are covered by a lifetime warranty against chipping and breakage during normal use (for the original purchaser only - stones that have been re-sold are not covered). If a natural Hahana Stone should chip or break from being dropped, then we will gladly replace it. The Hahana Stone Heater is covered by a 12 month warranty (parts and labour). It is the customer's responsibility/cost to take/send faulty heaters to one of our service agents. Normal wear and tear, or misuse are not covered by the warranty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to process returns if you simply change your mind. Only faulty/damaged goods may be returned. If however, your stones/heater/accessories are still in their original sealed packaging, we are happy to accept returns withing 14 days of the original purchase date (excludes postage and handling plus a 10% re-stocking fee). All warranty claims and returns must be authorised in writing by Hahana Stone Massage. Goods returned without this authorisation will not be accepted.
